Cimbra generates a professional structural report for each optimization result.
Generating a Report
Two ways to download a PDF report:
- From the Projects Dashboard: Click Download Report on any project card that has results
- From the results view: Click the report download button in the results panel
Report Contents
The PDF includes the following pages:
Cover Page
- Project name
- Generation date
- Engineer name (from your account)
- Design code: ACI 318-19
Design Inputs
- Span length, live load, superimposed load
- Material properties (concrete, steel, prestress)
- Building code and design parameters
Optimized Section
- 2D cross-section drawing with dimensions
- Key metrics card: stems, height, weight, cost, carbon
- Reinforcement summary: strands, rebar, stirrups
Structural Verification
- Moment diagram: Chart + detailed table with capacity and utilization
- Shear diagram: Chart + detailed table with capacity and utilization
- Stress diagrams (prestressed only): Serviceability stresses at release, sustained, and total load
- Deflection profile: Chart with camber, deflection, and limit
- Summary table: All utilization ratios and pass/fail status
File Naming
Reports are named: YYMMDD_ProjectName_vN_Report.pdf
Where N is the run number for that project.
